What was the best year you ever had? Think about it. When we reminisce about our best year, certain memorable moments will most likely come to mind that caused that particular year to stand out from the rest. I have read, researched, observed, visited, talked directly to, and interacted with thousands of individuals from a wide array of professions! This powerful presentation, "Best Year Ever" captures the common denominators from those findings. Note: Participants need a notebook and something to write with. I will use a PowerPoint to guide our presentation.
